Can I return my product?
Here at NNN we do our best to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality. If you feel that the product you have received does not meet that expectation, we offer a 7 day, zero questions asked, money back guarantee. Send it back to us in it original packaging, unopened and not damaged and we will do the rest.
I bought my product more than 7 days ago, can I return it?
The short answer is yes. We are happy to accept returns of any product that is defective, damaged or incorrectly listed on our store (www.changeyourwhey.co.za) . If the product is damaged or defective, please send us images of the product defect or damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the order number or your account details to ensure a quick response. We will be happy to collect any damaged / defective products at our own cost and replace these no questioned asked!
If you receive a product that is incorrectly listed, please ensure that the product is still in its original packaging and is not opened or damaged and we will have it collected and replace within 2 business days. This excludes weekends and public holidays.

How can I return my products?
The best way is to send us an email, firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your account number, order number and what product it is you would like to return and one of our team members will be in contact with you within 24 hour(s) during the week, Monday to Friday. We strive to resolve all returns within 2 business days. If you email us over the weekend, we will be in contact on the first available business day thereafter.
NNN currently does not export or import, outside of the borders of the Republic of South Africa. However, should you be on holiday or work somewhere outside of our borders and want to return, replace or even order a new product, email us at email@example.com let see if we can make your day!
