Delivery Cost Launch Special, Every order qualifies for Free Delivery. Our Standard delivery cost is R75 within the whole of The Republic of South Africa, Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery or based on any active promotions.
Availability of Products Natural Nutrition Network carries a fair amount of stock at our warehouse, which we are constantly restocking. This helps us maintain a sustainable stock level and ensure we don’t over manufacture and create wastage. If for whatever reason you place an order and we are not able to supply all or part of the order, we will let you know as soon as possible (Normally 1 business day) and you will have the choice to either get a full refund (48 hour waiting period for Direct EFT payments), credit on your account, or you may replace the product with another product of the same value.

Order Processing We will strive to process your order within two business days. Orders placed after 1 PM will only begin processing the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday except for weekends and all South African Public Holidays.
Shipping Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
Shipping Confirmation Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with, if available, a tracking number– you can use this number to find out when your shipment should be arriving.
Delivery We always aim to ship overnight, but depending on your location, it could take up to 3 business days to get to you. Rest assured that we will package the products in such a way that they would survive even this worst-case experience. Should you have any particular delivery requirements, such as delivery on a particular date, then please indicate this when you place the order. Please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to add or change any details about your shipment.
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellation policy or change of order You can cancel your order as long as we have not shipped it yet, which will normally take up to two business days. You can do this via the website where you can change/cancel your order. If for any reason you cannot do this, please email email@example.com with your order number and cancellation request with in 24 hours or 1 business day.
International Shipping We are currently not set up to ship internationally, but you can always contact us to discuss options, either way we would love to hear from you.
